One of the SEALs was from northeast Missouri near my home town, St. Louis.
When I heard news of the helicopter crash, I wondered if the victims would be sent to Lagman. Were all of them sent to you, or only the survivors?
ReplyDeleteThere were 12 people onboard the helicopter. Eight were declared in the field. The other four were brought to us. Unfortunately one died during our attempted resuscitation. Compounding the tragedy was the fact that some of those killed were on their last operation before their scheduled return home.
